🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 2 racks baby back or St. Louis-style pork ribs 
- 1/2 cup Big Dog Blackberry Ginger Sauce 
- 1/2 cup Big Dog Dark Cherry Bourbon Sauce 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- Salt & pepper to taste 
🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
- Remove membrane from back of ribs 
- Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper 
- Let rest for 30 minutes 
2. Cook the Ribs
- Oven Method: Preheat to 300°F, wrap ribs in foil, bake 2.5 hours until tender 
- Grill/Smoker Method: Cook at 250°F for 3 hours wrapped in foil 
3. Glaze & Finish
- In a saucepan, combine Blackberry Ginger Sauce + Dark Cherry Bourbon Sauce, warm over low heat 
- Brush glaze over ribs in final 15–20 minutes of cooking until sticky and caramelized
