🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
2 racks baby back or St. Louis-style pork ribs
1/2 cup Big Dog Blackberry Ginger Sauce
1/2 cup Big Dog Dark Cherry Bourbon Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
Remove membrane from back of ribs
Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Let rest for 30 minutes
2. Cook the Ribs
Oven Method: Preheat to 300°F, wrap ribs in foil, bake 2.5 hours until tender
Grill/Smoker Method: Cook at 250°F for 3 hours wrapped in foil
3. Glaze & Finish
In a saucepan, combine Blackberry Ginger Sauce + Dark Cherry Bourbon Sauce, warm over low heat
Brush glaze over ribs in final 15–20 minutes of cooking until sticky and caramelized
