Our Commitment to Quality
At Big Dog Sauce, we take pride in the quality of our sauces and seasonings. Every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. This includes situations where:

You change your mind after ordering

The carrier experiences a delivery delay

The package is refused at delivery
No Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has left our facility, we cannot issue a refund or cancellation.
Exceptions may be made in cases of verified shipping damage (see “Damaged Items” below).
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will do our best to make it right.
To process a claim:

Take clear photos of:

The outside of the box (all sides)

The damaged bottle(s) and any internal packaging

Email the photos and a description of the damage to info@bigdogsauce.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

If approved, we will do our best to replace the damaged item(s).
Note: Without the required photos and description, we cannot process a replacement or claim.
