Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of:

The outside of the box (all sides)

The damaged bottle(s) and packaging inside

Email the photos and a description of the damage to info@bigdogsauce.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If the claim is approved, we will do our best to replace the damaged item(s).
Note: Without the required photos and damage details, we cannot process a replacement or claim.
Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations. This includes situations where the carrier delays delivery or if you change your mind after the package has left our facility.
Exceptions may be made in the case of verified damage during shipping (see Damaged Shipments above).
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
