  • 1 pork tenderloin (~1–1.5 lbs)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Big Dog Champion Rub

  • 1/2 bottle Big Dog Blackberry Ginger Sauce


🔪 Instructions

1. Prep the Pork

  • Preheat oven to 400°F

  • Pat tenderloin dry, rub with olive oil, and coat with Champion Rub

2. Sear & Roast

  • Sear in a hot oven-safe skillet for 2–3 minutes per side

  • Transfer to oven and roast 15–18 minutes, until internal temp hits 145°F
