🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half moons

  • 1 yellow squash, chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Big Dog Garden Harvest Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: goat cheese, pine nuts, cooked rice or quinoa


🔪 Instructions

1. Prep & Sauté the Veggies

  • Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat

  • Add onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and squash

  • Season with salt and pepper

  • Cook for 7–8 minutes until veggies begin to soften

2. Add the Sauce & Simmer

  • Stir in Garden Harvest Sauce

  • Let simmer uncovered for 5–6 minutes until sauce thickens and veggies are tender

3. Serve

  • Spoon over grains or enjoy on its own

  • Optional: top with crumbled goat cheese or toasted pine nuts
