2 racks baby back or St. Louis-style pork ribs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 bottle Big Dog Mango Habanero Sauce (13oz)

🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
Remove the silver skin (membrane) from the back of each rack
Pat ribs dry with paper towels
Rub with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper
Let sit at room temp for 15–20 minutes
2. Cook Low & Slow
Preheat oven to 300°F (or smoker to 250°F)
Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on baking sheet
Bake for 2.5 hours until tender
3. Glaze & Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high
