🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 racks baby back or St. Louis-style pork ribs

  • 3 tbsp Big Dog Smokehouse Rub

  • 1 bottle Big Dog Mango Habanero Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


🔪 Instructions

1. Prep the Ribs

  • Remove the membrane from the back of ribs

  • Rub with olive oil and coat generously with Smokehouse Rub

  • Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes

2. Cook Low & Slow

  • Oven Method: Preheat to 300°F, wrap ribs in foil, bake 2.5 hours until tender

  • Grill/Smoker Method: Set to 250°F, cook for 3 hours wrapped in foil

3. Glaze & Finish

  • Unwrap ribs and brush heavily with Mango Habanero Sauce

  • Grill or bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until sticky and caramelized
